What is Carlotta’s return policy for online/in store purchases?

Returns will be accepted within 2 weeks of receipt. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, insurance, and delivery confirmation.

To return item:

  • Please enclose the item in a box, with a copy of your receipt (required), complete with your name, address, email and phone number to Carlotta's. 116 North Main Street, Galena, IL. 61036.
  • Kindly note the reason for the return.
  • Items must be in sale-able condition. This means the tags must be intact. Any item that has been washed or worn or altered in any way is not returnable.
  • Note: Special Orders, Sale Items, and Holiday Themed  items are not returnable.
  • Christmas Gifts must be returned by January 15th whether you purchase on line, or in the store. We suggest that if you have any concerns, to call us at the store. 815-776-1037.

  • Your refund will be done in a timely manner.
